Please note, if you’re an EU citizen currently living in Latvia you are eligible to vote in the upcoming European Parliament elections, but in order to do so, you need to register!

The registration to vote is not complicated, but it takes a few steps.

➡️ You need to be at least 18 years old by June 8th 2024;

➡️ You need to register until May 9th 2024.

In order to register you need to fill out the registration form and submit to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Latvia.

Once you have filled in the form, you can submit it in one the 3 ways:

➡️ Electronically signed (if you have a Latvian bank account or an e-signature) form send to cvk@cvk.lv

➡️ Sign manually with hand and send it by post Smilšu iela 4, Rīga LV-1050;

➡️ Or hand in the form to the Election Commission in person during working days from 10.00 to 16.00 at Smilšu iela 4, Rīga LV-1050.

The European Parliament elections will take place in June 2024 – June 3rd, June 4th, June 5th, June 6th, June 7th and June 8th.
